Manage contractor and government owned Asset Tagged computer equipment via Remedy and ServiceNow by updating according to assigned users' locations. Image MacBooks using CASPER and software/update management using the JAMF system. Image Windows desktops and laptops using PXE boot and MDT. Work incidents via a ticketing and database software called Remedy. Handle the deployment and installation of all Catalog purchases, (hardware and software via government divisional funding), in the Central Office of CMS. Provide software installations and updates, hardware and software trouble-shooting and over-all general support for local and network use on a variety of PC’s and Macintosh systems.
